Do I need prior yoga experience?
Absolutely not! You do not need any prior yoga experience to start practicing. In fact, many of our classes are specifically designed for absolute beginners. Our instructors provide modifications for every pose to ensure everyone can participate comfortably.
What should I bring to class?
Essential Items:
- Yoga Mat: While we offer mats, bringing your own is more hygienic and ensures comfort
- Water Bottle: Stay hydrated before, during and after practice
- Comfortable Clothing: Wear breathable, flexible clothing that allows full range of motion
- Small Towel: Useful for wiping sweat and extra mat grip
How early should I arrive?
For your first class, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete registration and get settled. For subsequent classes, arriving 5-10 minutes before start time is ideal to prepare your space and mindset.
Can I try a class before committing?
Yes! We offer options to try a class before committing to a larger package. We understand you'll want to experience our environment and teaching style first .
